• Significant business development experience in clinical trial logistics or pharma logistics.
• Proven track record of winning new service-based business.
• Experience selling complex, multi-country solutions involving temperature-controlled shipments.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative working style in a fast-paced, growing organisation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new business development for clinical trial logistics in your region.
• Identify, approach and convert new clients.
• Sell a portfolio of services: patient-centric solutions, biological sample logistics, storage and distribution, and temperature-controlled transport.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and capability presentations through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in clinical operations, supply chain and procurement.
• Work closely with internal operations and project teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and smoothly transitioned into live projects.
