We’re seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join the Group FP&A team in Sydney on a 15-month fixed-term parental leave contract.

You will report to the Group Head of FP&A, partner with another Senior Finance Manager, and play a pivotal Group-level role.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with 8+ years post-qualification experience in Management Reporting/FP&A.
• Senior Finance Manager readiness or proven equivalent experience.
• Experience with capital management and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group consolidation, analysis and monthly management reporting with clear insights.
• Manage and support FP&A team members and ensure timely reporting submissions.
• Drive annual Group Operational Plan, 5-year forecasts and Board reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders for year-end external market reporting and analyst engagement.
• Review Treasury forecasts and credit metrics with capital management focus.
• Contribute to Finance Transformation and systems initiatives.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and mentor FP&A team members.
