You will identify opportunities, navigate procurement processes and turn strategic relationships into sustainable growth, while contributing to the senior leadership team's strategy and overseeing prospecting, planning and execution.

Travel ~30-40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commercial success within medical devices or healthcare consumables.
• At least 5 years navigating government procurement, contracts and tenders.
• Evidence of winning new business and growing accounts.
• Ability to manage complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to grow government and strategic accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities across public healthcare and priority segments.
• Navigate government procurement systems, tenders and contract processes.
• Manage existing government and corporate business, including public healthcare groups.
• Build relationships with procurement teams, clinical stakeholders and senior decision makers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and develop sustainable growth agreements.
• Grow accounts through tailored plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and clinical teams to drive product adoption.
• Maintain forecasts, pipeline visibility and performance reporting.
• Contribute market insights and commercial recommendations to the SLT.
