Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering governance or secretariat services in a complex, high‑volume environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision and exercise sound judgement.
• Experience preparing minutes, governance papers, reports and executive correspondence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage senior executives and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end committee operations and governance activities.
• Provide trusted advice on governance matters and policy implementation.
• Prepare minutes, papers, reports and executive correspondence.
• Identify risks, analyse information and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
