The Secretariat Advisor plays a key role in supporting the Agency's governance framework by providing high-quality secretariat governance services to internal committees and external stakeholder groups. The position is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of committee operations, ensuring governance activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and in accordance with established policies and standards. The role works closely with senior leaders, committee chairs, members and stakeholders, providing trusted advice, managing competing priorities and contributing to continuous improvement of governance practices across the Agency.
Australian citizenship is a mandatory eligibility requirement. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain both a national police clearance and a Baseline security clearance, with the capacity to attain a higher-level clearance if required by the Agency.
