Job summary

Infrastructure NSW is seeking an experienced Advisor, Committees to support governance and operation of key INSW committees, including the Infrastructure NSW Board and Audit and Risk Committee. The role provides end-to-end secretariat and coordination support, contributing to governance frameworks and effective decision-making.

You will maintain governance systems and records, prepare high-quality reports, briefings and governance documentation, and ensure compliance with public sector

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and secretariat support.
• Experience coordinating board and committee processes.
• Knowledge of public sector governance frameworks and reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end secretariat support to the Audit and Risk Committee and INSW Board, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking minutes, and tracking actions to ensure effective governance outcomes.
• Prepare reports, briefing materials and governance documentation to support informed decision-making while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and public sector standards.
• Maintain governance systems and records, including Diligent administration, document management, and audit readiness activities.
• Deliver administrative and stakeholder support services across the Committees function and broader division.
• Support the review and update of policies and procedures, coordinate consultation processes, maintain governance registers, monitor compliance, and address risks or non-compliance.
