Job summary

Central Land Council is seeking a General Manager Corporate Services to lead a broad portfolio including people, technology, infrastructure and logistics. You will work with the CEO and Executive Management Team to set priorities and strengthen governance across functions in Alice Springs, regional offices and remote communities.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience across a substantial corporate services portfolio and related enabling functions.
• Sound knowledge of the PGPA Act and the Australian Public Service operating environment.
• A track record of improving service performance, governance, systems and accountability across multiple units.
• Strong commercial and operational judgement balancing service quality, compliance, risk and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to negotiate and build trust with senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse corporate services portfolio across Central Australia.
• Shape capability, systems, infrastructure and service performance.
• Work with the CEO and Exec Team to deliver CLC priorities.
• Provide oversight across HR, IT, Fleet Management and Regional Logistics.
• Manage accommodation facilities, capital works, repairs and maintenance programs.
• Oversee AAMC, PMO, Computer Services and Information Services.
• Set service expectations, priorities and performance measures for corporate functions.
• Develop business unit managers and workforce capability.
• Review operational plans, forecasts and budgets for alignment with the Corporate Plan.
• Strengthen policies and processes to ensure efficient, reliable and compliant services.
