Job summary

Central Land Council in Alice Springs seeks an Aboriginal identified senior leader to head a broad corporate services portfolio, including HR, IT, asset and property management, and enabling functions. The role reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive Management Team with autonomy across multiple offices and communities.

The successful candidate will strengthen governance, set priorities, and develop organisational capability, ensuring compliant, efficient services across Central Australia.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience across a substantial corporate services portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse corporate services portfolio across people, technology, infrastructure, fleet, and regional logistics
• Shape organisational capability, systems, infrastructure and service performance
• Work with the CEO and Executive Management Team to deliver CLC priorities
• Strengthen governance and services and build management capability across functions
• Represent the CLC with government, Aboriginal organisations and partners
