Job summary

GeoSoft-Surtech is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build a strong pipeline through networking, events, and targeted outreach on-site in Perth, TAS.

You will collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, consultative selling, or solution-based business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in technology, geospatial, engineering, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Lead generation through networking, events, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct market research and prepare compelling proposals.
