UTS is seeking a Reporting and Evaluation Specialist - Gender-Based Violence to lead design, coordination and implementation of reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems across the university.

You will translate policy into practical evaluation approaches, work with diverse stakeholders, manage sensitive information, and support governance processes. This is a full-time, fixed-term role for two years with flexible work arrangements and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering evaluation frameworks for complex programs.
• Applied mixed-methods approaches including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports and briefing materials for decision-making and governance.
• Experience interpreting legislation, policy and regulatory requirements for evaluation purposes.
• Experience handling sensitive information with sound judgement and risk management.
• Collaboration with diverse stakeholders across large organisations.
