Job summary

UTS is seeking a Reporting and Evaluation Specialist - Gender-Based Violence to lead design, coordination and implementation of reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems across the university.

You will translate policy into practical evaluation approaches, work with diverse stakeholders, manage sensitive information, and support governance processes. This is a full-time, fixed-term role for two years with flexible work arrangements and a range of benefits.

About the Role

The Reporting and Evaluation Specialist - Gender-Based Violence (GBV) provides institution-wide leadership in the design, coordination and implementation of reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems supporting UTS's response to and prevention of gender-based violence.

About You

As the Reporting and Evaluation Specialist, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering evaluation frameworks, methodologies and reporting for complex programs or initiatives within large or multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience applying mixed-methods research approaches, including qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and synthesis.
  • Experience working with complex datasets and producing high-quality reports, insights and briefing materials to inform decision-making and governance processes.
  • Experience interpreting legislation, policy and regulatory requirements and translating these into practical evaluation and reporting approaches.
  • Experience working in sensitive contexts, demonstrating sound judgement, professionalism and the ability to manage risk when handling complex or confidential information.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across large, complex organisations, with the ability to manage competing priorities and expectations.

Remuneration

Base Salary Range: 125,706- 143,166pa (HEW 8)

This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
