Job summary

UniSC Sunshine Coast invites applications for an experienced program leader to coordinate the implementation of the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence.

Reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), the role brings together Student Services, People and Culture, Governance and Risk Management, IT Services, Legal, Marketing and Communications, and academic areas to deliver governance and assurance arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate studies.
  • Significant experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in large organisations.
  • Strong governance, reporting and assurance capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with data, reporting processes and systems implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UniSC's implementation program to meet the Gender-based Violence Code obligations across portfolios.
  • Build alignment across diverse stakeholders with governance, accountability, reporting and assurance arrangements.
  • Drive delivery, manage plans, risks, dependencies and system readiness across portfolios.
  • Embed long-term capability and transition processes into business-as-usual operations.
