Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Head of Fund Manager Partnerships to steer the strategic direction of our investment offering and fund manager collaborations. You will cultivate senior relationships with fund/asset managers to expand client outcomes and platform growth, while shaping the product roadmap and governance.

You will lead a high-performing team responsible for investment onboarding, governance and risk management, ensuring execution aligns with the Wrap strategy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong experience in investment product management, platform products, wealth management or funds management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product and commercial strategies that drive growth and client outcomes.
• Deep understanding of investment markets, fund management and investment product development.
• Proven experience building and managing strategic partnerships with fund and asset managers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and delivering outcomes through others.
• Sound understanding of governance, risk and regulatory requirements within wealth and investment platforms.
• Commercially minded, strategic and execution-focused approach.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the investment proposition of one of Australia's leading wealth platforms.

Our team delivers a broad, high-quality investment offering for clients and manages strategic relationships with fund managers across the platform. Working closely with product, governance and distribution teams, we drive the evolution of our investment offering, identify new opportunities and strengthen our market position. This role plays a critical part in delivering the Wrap product strategy.

What role will you play?

As Head of Fund Manager Partnerships, you will lead the strategic direction of our investment offering and fund manager partnerships.

You will build and manage senior relationships with fund and asset managers, identifying opportunities for investment solutions that support client outcomes and platform growth. You will drive the investment product roadmap, helping shape our proposition through market insights, strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of the platform proposition.

You will also lead a high-performing team responsible for investment onboarding and governance, ensuring strong execution, effective risk management and alignment with the broader Wrap strategy. Through a combination of commercial acumen, strategic thinking and stakeholder leadership, you will play a key role in the continued growth and differentiation of our platform.
