Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across trades, engineering and corporate roles within Australia. You will partner with leaders to build credibility, engage candidates early, and deliver successful hires while shaping our recruitment strategy.

You will develop talent pipelines, enhance EVP and employer branding, and collaborate with the People & Culture team to improve processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated recruitment experience in insurance, financial services and/or operational environments.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement skills.
• Track record building talent pools, networks and pipelines.
• Experience developing or contributing to EVP or recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ability to advise hiring managers with market insight.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Experience in internal talent acquisition teams or agencies is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a varied portfolio, including Health, Mines Rescue and Insurance businesses.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and support sound selection decisions.
• Build talent pipelines and employer branding content and campaigns.
• Shape and activate our employee value proposition (EVP) and strengthen employer brand through stories and social media.
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to guide sourcing strategies and measure results.
• Deliver exceptional internal service with clear advice and regular updates to leaders.
