Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and secure talent across trades, engineering, corporate services and management.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and contribute to campaigns including apprentice and graduate programs across Australia. You’ll source through LinkedIn and other platforms, optimise processes and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume in-house or agency recruitment.

At Ampcontrol, our people are at the heart of what we do. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting and securing talent across a diverse range of roles, from trades and engineering through to corporate services and management.

No two days will be the same. You’ll manage recruitment end-to-end, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and contribute to recruitment initiatives that support Ampcontrol’s continued growth.

What you’ll do

• Recruit across trades, engineering, corporate services, professional and management roles.

• Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition team to deliver local, regional and national recruitment campaigns, including our annual apprentice and graduate programs.
• Source and engage talent through a range of channels, using creative and proactive recruitment strategies.
• Provide advice and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the review and improvement of recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
• Work as part of an outcomes-focused team while managing your own recruitment portfolio.

About you

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Previous high-volume in-house or agency recruitment and/or resourcing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive approach, with the initiative and confidence to identify solutions and get things moving.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly across recruitment administration and processes.
• The ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A willingness to think creatively and continuously look for ways to improve how we attract and recruit talent.
