Kearney invites applications for a Finance Analyst role in Australia. You will perform financial analysis, FP&A, and reporting across projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive performance and improvements.

This role emphasizes accuracy, proactive insight, and effective communication across senior stakeholders. In this position, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and project finance activities while leveraging advanced Excel skills and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or professional services finance
• Experience in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) is an advantage
• Some experience with Philippines local tax processes (Direct and Indirect taxes) and BIR matters
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis
• Support the preparation of management reports and dashboards for insights on performance
• Analyze revenue, costs, utilization, and margins across projects and units
• Partner with business and operations teams to explain results and identify improvements
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and update forecasts in planning systems
• Monitor KPIs and highlight risks and opportunities
• Support project financial management including revenue recognition and cost tracking
• Assist with invoicing processes and accounts receivable follow-up
