• Experience in FP&A or finance business partnering within a complex organization.
• Proven ability to deliver financial insight and decision support across multiple business functions.
• Strong modelling, analytics, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate financial and operational performance, highlighting key drivers, trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Improve dashboards, report frameworks, metrics, and processes to strengthen quality, efficiency, and decision support.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning through financial modelling and analysis.
• Perform variance and scenario analysis, develop business cases, and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide practical financial insight on priorities including resource allocation, pricing, investment, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and support coaching and knowledge sharing at senior levels.
• Support finance policies, controls, governance, and data quality.
• Simplify and automate processes and contribute to ERP, planning, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled finance improvements.
