Qualifications

• Minimum three years' FP&A experience within multinational organisations, ASX-listed businesses or similarly structured environments.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capability.
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying key business drivers.
• Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process, helping establish accurate financial and operational targets.
• Assist in preparing monthly management reporting, including Board, CEO and Business Unit reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Contribute to the development of the five-year long-term planning model.
• Prepare weekly operational performance dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver financial and operational modelling, including sensitivity and scenario analysis to support business decision-making.
• Support month-end activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance and reporting activities.
