Job summary

A2B Australia is seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to support FP&A across the business, delivering data‑led insights, forecasting and strategic analysis. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you’ll translate data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include rolling forecasts, budgeting, management reporting, long‑term planning, dashboards and ad hoc analysis, in a collaborative, safety‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• 3+ years FP&A experience in multinational organisations or ASX-listed businesses.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting with targets.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis for Board and executives.
• Contribute to five-year long-term planning model.
• Create weekly dashboards and reporting of operational performance.
• Develop financial and operating models including sensitivity analysis.
• Support month-end close and ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance functions.
• Provide ad hoc analysis as required.
