Job summary

Tobin McClintock is seeking a high-calibre FP&A/Commercial Analyst to join a leading global finance team in Sydney. You will report into a high-performing FP&A team and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights for executive decision-making.

You will support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, deliver revenue and cost analysis, and contribute to strategic projects across a complex multinational business. Hybrid working is available with strong development pathways.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification (or near completion).
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting, commercial finance or business partnering.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial reporting for senior management and global stakeholders.
• Support budget, forecast and long-range planning processes across the business.
• Deliver commercial insights on revenue performance, operating costs, capital expenditure and key business drivers.
• Provide meaningful analysis and performance commentary to support executive decision-making.
• Partner closely with operational and finance stakeholders to improve business performance.
• Drive reporting enhancements, process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic projects and broader organisational initiatives.
