Job summary

A2B Australia is seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to strengthen our FP&A function. You will support forecasting, budgeting and management reporting across the business, delivering data-driven insights and detailed financial analysis.

You will partner with stakeholders, develop the five-year planning model and build dashboards to monitor performance, while ensuring accuracy and timely month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification is desirable.
• Minimum three years' FP&A experience in multinational or ASX-listed environments.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis abilities.
• Experience handling large datasets and identifying drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Contribute to five-year long-term planning model.
• Develop weekly operational dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver financial and operational modelling including scenario analysis.
• Support month-end activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Identify and drive finance/process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc analysis as required.
