Job summary

NSW Rural Fire Service seeks a Senior Fleet Strategy Lead to drive strategic partnerships with industry and internal stakeholders, delivering innovative fleet solutions that meet evolving operational needs.

You will own end-to-end responsibility for the fleet lifecycle—from capability planning and acquisition to maintenance, enhancements and disposal—while coordinating complex build programs and travel to different RFS facilities.

• Experience leading complex asset lifecycles and contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• You will lead strategic partnerships with industry and internal stakeholders, delivering innovative, sustainable and fit-for-purpose fleet solutions that respond to changing operational needs.
• This role plays a pivotal part in end-to-end responsibility for the fleet lifecycle including capability planning, acquisition and complex build programs through to maintenance, enhancement and disposal.
• To thrive in this role, you will have: Seeking a strategic and commercially strong leader with experience managing complex asset lifecycles, contracts and delivery programs.
• You will bring strong operational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate evolving capability requirements into practical fleet solutions.
