Job summary

Autoleague is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead and grow fleet sales across Osborne Park Kia & MG and Melville Hyundai/Nissan in Perth, Western Australia. You will develop new business, nurture existing fleet relationships, and deliver exceptional service to corporate, government, rental, and small business clients.

You will drive fleet performance, identify revenue opportunities, and manage end-to-end sales while collaborating with leadership to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management within automotive sales or services.
• Proven ability to develop and grow fleet opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fleet sales strategies across two dealership locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, government, rental, and small business customers.
• Identify and secure new fleet opportunities through proactive business development.
• Manage the end-to-end fleet sales process from enquiry through to delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming vehicle brands within the network.
• Collaborate with dealership management to achieve fleet sales targets and growth.
