Autoleague is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead and grow fleet sales across Osborne Park Kia & MG and Melville Hyundai/Nissan in Perth, Western Australia. Osborne Park Kia and MG and Melville Hyundai/Nissan are seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Manager to lead and grow our fleet sales operations across two key dealership locations, servicing both central and south-of-the-river markets.
As part of a growing automotive group, you'll have the unique opportunity to represent six established vehicle brands, with additional brands joining the portfolio in the near future, creating exciting opportunities for business growth and customer expansion.
This is a dynamic and autonomous role focused on developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing fleet relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service across a diverse range of commercial and government clients.
Working closely with dealership leadership and sales teams, you will be responsible for driving fleet performance, identifying new revenue opportunities, and building long-term partnerships throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Develop and execute fleet sales strategies across both dealership locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, rental, and small business customers.
Identify and secure new fleet opportunities through proactive business development.
Manage the end-to-end fleet sales process from enquiry through to delivery.
Maintain a strong understanding of all current and upcoming vehicle brands within the dealership network.
Collaborate with dealership management to achieve fleet sales targets and growth objectives.
Ensure exceptional customer service and ongoing account management.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience as a Fleet Manager or Fleet Sales Consultant within the automotive industry.
A proven track record in business development and relationship management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A current Australian Driver's Licence.
