Job summary

Inchcape Australasia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand fleet and corporate sales across government, corporate and fleet channels from Artarmon NSW.

You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, prepare proposals and tenders, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored vehicle solutions and exceed sales targets. This permanent, full-time role offers growth within a global automotive group.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, corporate or automotive sales.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Proven ability to secure new business and grow accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience preparing tenders, proposals and business cases.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence.
• Existing fleet, corporate or government networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new fleet and corporate sales opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate, government and leasing customers.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales.
• Prepare proposals, tenders and fleet sales presentations.
• Negotiate vehicle supply agreements and fleet solutions.
• Manage customer pipelines through CRM and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Aim to exceed sales and profitability targets.
