Cirql in Australia seeks a Financial Controller to own group financial management across multiple entities, driving governance, cash flow forecasting, banking facilities, and post‑merger integration. You will standardise processes and deliver timely covenant reporting to executive leadership.

Reporting to the executive leadership, you will lead a blended team—local and offshore—build scalable controls, optimise liquidity, manage debt facilities, and embed robust financial systems and DOA

Competenze

• Experience in cash flow forecasting and 13‑week liquidity management.
• Proven ability to manage debt facilities and covenant reporting.
• Experience in post‑merger integration and multi‑entity group finance.
• Strong stakeholder management across onshore/offshore teams.

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance and accounting across multiple entities.
