Responsibilities

• Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.
• Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all financial functions.
• Manage relationships with banks and other key advisors.
