Job summary

UGL Pty Limited in Melbourne seeks a Finance Lead to partner with operations, drive financial performance and steer strategic decisions across a major services portfolio. You will lead a finance and administration team, deliver robust forecasting, budgeting, and insightful reporting to inform executive choices.

You will bring CA/CPA or equivalent, a commerce or accounting degree, and proven experience in contract financial management, SAP, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Degree in Commerce or Accounting is required.
CA or CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience in supporting projects, operations or maintenance-based businesses.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations and Contract Managers to support business performance and decision-making.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Oversee end-to-end project financial reporting, cash flow and margin analysis.
Provide detailed financial analysis and management commentary.
Lead the finance and administration team and drive process improvements.
