Qualifications

• Experience in providing analysis and insights on finance management activities.
• Experience of using ERP systems preferably Oracle Financials and related budgeting software for report extraction.
• An appropriate business or finance related qualification is highly desirable.
• A professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA) is preferable.
• Experience in best practice within government and knowledge of the Financial Management Act is preferred
