Responsibilities

• Provide proactive executive support, diary management and coordination.
• Coordinate governance forums, meetings, and reporting processes.
• Prepare agendas, documentation, minutes and action registers.
• Track actions and ensure stakeholders remain informed and accountable.
• Support financial, procurement, onboarding, event and communication activities within ICT.
