You will support the General Manager (ANZ) and Senior Leadership, manage complex calendars across time zones, plan domestic and international travel, and prepare briefing materials, agendas, and updates for key meetings and follow-ups.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting at General Manager level.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools.

• Provide proactive, high-impact support to the ANZ GM.
• Anticipate needs and remove friction from executive workflows and decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality briefing materials, agendas, and executive updates.
• Attend key meetings, capturing insights, actions, and follow-ups.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder calendars across time zones with focus on optimizing time.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce friction.
• Refine calendar structures to protect focus time and productivity.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and forums, including agenda construction and time allocation.
• Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel.
• Align travel with business priorities and executive time optimization.
