Job summary

The Fresh Collective is seeking a commercially minded, relationship-driven Sales Manager to lead proactive and reactive sales across NSW venues and convert enquiries into event business. You will manage corporate, social and wedding inquiries, grow strategic accounts and work with venue partners to deliver a seamless client experience from first contact to event handover.

You’ll drive revenue, utilisation and long-term growth while collaborating with internal teams to align on client

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales in hospitality, venues or catering.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and increasing revenue.
• Experience handling corporate event enquiries with tailored proposals.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound corporate and event enquiries, tailoring proposals for conversion.
• Drive proactive sales through outreach, networking and referrals.
• Develop and grow relationships with key clients, corporate partners and venues.
• Identify opportunities to increase bookings across NSW venues.
• Create and implement sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Collaborate with venue managers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting in the CRM.
