Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards.
• Act as a specialist in events, covering relationship building, account management and event management.
• Handle group movement in the hotel with attentive care.
• Ensure well-executed events that exceed customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with all hotel operations departments.
• Conduct event space site inspections and outline unique selling points.
