Job summary

Perth Airport Pty Ltd in Western Australia seeks an experienced Estimating Manager to lead the estimating and tendering function across a diverse capital portfolio, developing standards and governance to support cost advice from planning through delivery.

You will review estimates, manage cost benchmarking, collaborate with external QS and consultants, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring the estimating team.

Qualifications

• Extensive estimating experience on major capital projects.
• Leadership experience in estimating/pre-construction or commercial function.
• Strong knowledge of estimating methodologies and cost planning.
• Experience with cost benchmarking, tender evaluation and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve estimating and tendering across a diverse capital portfolio.
• Develop and maintain estimating standards, frameworks and governance processes.
• Provide strategic and operational estimating support from development through construction and readiness.
• Review, validate and challenge estimates and tender submissions for accuracy.
• Collaborate with external Quantity Surveyors and consultants to align with Perth Airport standards.
