Job summary

The BUSY Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise & Solution Architect to guide technology strategy, modernise platforms and enable innovation across a growing organisation. Reporting to the CTO, you will shape enterprise architecture and lead solution design for transformational programs.

You will work with executives, stakeholders and partners to ensure a scalable, secure and fit-for-purpose technology ecosystem aligned to business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture or a similar senior tech leadership role.
• Ability to translate complex architecture into practical business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and roadmaps.
• Create technology strategies that enable growth and digital transformation.
• Lead solution architecture for major projects and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Guide decisions across application, data, infrastructure and integration architecture.
• Support cloud-first and modern workplace initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure practical architectures.
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and design scalable solutions.
• Influence technology investment decisions and long-term planning.
