Job summary

The BUSY Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise & Solution Architect to guide technology evolution across our international organisation. Reporting to the Chief Digital and Technology Officer, you will shape strategy, modernise platforms, enable innovation and ensure investments support growth.

You will lead architecture for major programs, collaborate with executives and delivery teams, evaluate new technologies, and advance cloud-first and secure, scalable solutions across multi-site

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise and solution architecture at senior technology leadership levels.
• Demonstrated success influencing organisation-wide technology strategy.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise apps, data architecture and cyber security.
• Experience delivering architecture outcomes across complex, multi-site organisations.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into practical business solutions.
• Proactive, outcomes-focused mindset.
• Desire to build and drive improvements in a growing organisation.
