Job summary

The BUSY Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise & Solution Architect to guide technology strategy, modernise platforms, and enable innovation across a global organisation. You will define and govern enterprise architecture while leading solution design for transformational programs.

Reporting to the CTO, you will work with executives, stakeholders and partners to ensure scalable, secure, fit-for-purpose technology aligned to objectives. Join during a period of growth and evolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or senior technology leadership.
• Proven ability to influence enterprise-wide technology strategy.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise apps, data and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and roadmaps.
• Create technology strategies that support growth and digital transformation.
• Lead solution architecture for major projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose opportunities for innovation.
• Guide decisions on application, data, infra and integration architecture.
• Support cloud-first and modern workplace initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure practical solutions aligned to principles.
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and design scalable tech solutions.
• Influence technology investments and long-term planning.
