Job summary

The BUSY Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise & Solution Architect to define and govern enterprise architecture across the organisation, guiding solution design for transformative programs. You will work with executives, stakeholders and partners to ensure a scalable, secure technology ecosystem aligned to objectives.

Contribute to technology strategy, modernisation initiatives and cloud-first programs while translating complex concepts into practical business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or a similar senior technology leadership role.
• Demonstrated success influencing enterprise-wide technology strategy.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, software design and development, integration patterns, data architecture and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and roadmaps.
• Create technology strategies that support growth and digital transformation.
• Lead solution architecture for major projects and business initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend opportunities for innovation.
• Guide application, data, infrastructure and integration architecture decisions.
• Support cloud-first and modern workplace initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure practical and aligned solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify challenges and design scalable technology solutions.
• Influence technology investment decisions and long-term planning.
