Job summary

Contentful is expanding its Enterprise Account Executive team across Australia. You will lead end-to-end sales—from prospecting to closing—across $50K-$1M+ ACV in Australian enterprise accounts, leveraging Martech, DXP, CMS, and personalization platforms to drive measurable business value.

Partner with Business Development, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Marketing to nurture relationships, map Contentful solutions to strategic priorities, and secure executive-level buy-in.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years selling enterprise SaaS or PaaS with Martech/DXP exposure.
• Experience using MEDPICC to structure and close large enterprise deals.
• Proven track record of closing $150K+ transactions with $1B+ revenue organizations.
• Strong value-based selling and ability to articulate ROI and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Source, position, negotiate, and close new logo and expansion business in Australia enterprise accounts (ACV $50K–$1M+).
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through robust account strategies and pipeline development.
• Lead MEDPICC-driven sales processes across the full cycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment and forecast accuracy.
• Articulate customer ROI to C-level executives and map Contentful solutions to digital transformation priorities.
• Develop compelling proposals, business cases, ROIs, and commercial constructs aligned to customer needs.
