Job summary

Figma is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales with large enterprise customers in Australia. You will target and nurture executive-level relationships, translate complex business needs into solutions, and accelerate growth across Figma’s product suite from Sydney or Melbourne.

The role focuses on building a robust pipeline, conducting discovery, and aligning with executives on challenges to gain sponsorship for enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience closing enterprise software/SaaS sales (5000+ FTEs)
• Proven ability to meet pipeline targets for net new business
• Experience managing complex sales cycles (6 months+)
• Familiarity with value-selling and executive sponsorship approaches

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
• Apply discovery and value-selling techniques with executives in new and existing customers
• Align with executives on business challenges and drive enterprise deployments across product suite
• Develop strategic account plans and multi-threading at an executive level to identify expansion opportunities
• Manage a book of business and protect against contractions
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to position Figma and drive deals forward
• Advance executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking opportunities
