MYKEY People in Canberra is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial customers and major distributors for a leading OEM. You will report to a consultative manager and have the resources to deliver results.

You will formulate account strategies, gather product requirements, collaborate with Product Managers and Internal Sales Support, and present proposals and contractual information to customers while shaping annual and multi-year sales plans.

Qualifikationen

• Proven account management experience with commercial or distributor accounts.
• Experience with education or government sector is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Formulate and execute account management strategies to strengthen business relationships with existing customers.
• Gather product specifications and requirements from customers.
• Work with Product Managers and the Internal Sales Support team to develop product and service offerings.
• Present proposals, contractual documents, and technical product information to customers.
• Work with the National Manager to develop annual and multi-year sales plans for target markets.
• Research and investigate emerging markets (Education, Government and Health sectors).
