Job summary

Compass Education is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to act as a trusted strategic advisor to a portfolio of schools. You’ll partner with school leadership to shape success plans, drive product adoption, and unlock value from the Compass ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Consultant or equivalent customer facing role.
• Strong understanding of the Australian school environment or proven domain knowledge in complex sectors.
• Strong prioritisation and triage judgement; can determine what's urgent in a large portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders from managers to executives.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage work independently.
• Commercial awareness with focus on retention and growth, not just satisfaction.
• Genuine AI fluency in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consulting for a portfolio of schools from implementation to renewal.
• Lead complex implementations across the Compass product suite, including module adoption and integrations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior school stakeholders and be the primary Compass contact.
• Drive advocacy and reference-ability to position Compass as a strategic partner.
• Use adoption data to shape success plans, surface risk, and lead executive business reviews.
• Partner with Sales and Product to identify opportunities to expand Compass use.
• Represent the voice of schools to influence product and service improvements.
• Anticipate risks and act as escalation point for complex matters.
• Own renewal conversations with a focus on retention outcomes.
