Job summary

Compass is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to act as a trusted strategic advisor for a portfolio of schools across Australia. You will drive product adoption, shape success plans, and deliver value for schools within the Compass ecosystem.

You’ll manage end-to-end implementations, build senior stakeholder relationships, influence retention and growth, and work with Sales and Product to expand Compass adoption. Strong AI fluency is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Consultant or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of the Australian school environment or rapid domain knowledge in complex sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders from managers to executives.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Genuine AI fluency and ability to apply it day-to-day.
• Commercial awareness focused on retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consulting experience for a portfolio of schools from implementation to ongoing partnership.
• Lead complex implementations across the Compass product suite, including integrations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior school stakeholders as the primary Compass contact.
• Drive advocacy and position Compass as a strategic partner, not a vendor.
• Shape success plans using adoption data and lead executive business reviews.
• Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent school voice to influence product, process and service improvements.
• Anticipate risks and escalate complex matters within schools.
• Own renewal conversations with a focus on retention outcomes.
