Compass Education in Australia is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to partner with school leadership, shaping success plans and driving adoption of the Compass ecosystem. You’ll build trusted relationships, guide implementations, and help schools realize value that supports retention and growth.

You'll work across senior stakeholders, translating product capabilities into measurable outcomes, guiding renewals and expansion opportunities, and influencing product and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Consultant or equivalent customer facing role.
• Strong understanding of the Australian school environment or proven domain knowledge in regulated sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders from managers to executives.
• Ability to prioritise and triage across a large portfolio independently.
• Commercial awareness with focus on retention and growth.
• Genuine AI fluency in day-to-day work.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end consulting experience for a portfolio of schools from implementation to ongoing partnership.
• Lead complex implementations across Compass product suite and integrations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior school stakeholders as the primary Compass contact.
• Drive advocacy and reference-ability, positioning Compass as a strategic partner.
• Use adoption data to shape success plans and lead renewal conversations.
