Ethos BeathChapman, partnering with a leading investment and capital management organisation, seeks a Director of Operational Risk & Compliance to lead second-line risk and governance across technology, cyber, data and information risk. The role sits in the risk leadership team, shaping enterprise risk management and resilience in a growth-focused, purpose-driven organisation.

You will collaborate with first-line teams to strengthen risk governance, control effectiveness and incident management,

Qualifications

Experience in second-line risk or compliance functions.
Knowledge of prudential regulatory or governance frameworks.
Exposure to data, cyber or information risk management from a governance perspective.

Responsabilités

Provide second-line oversight, advice and challenge across risk, compliance and resilience activities.
Support development and enhancement of enterprise risk management frameworks and policies.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve risk identification and treatment.
Oversee business, cyber, data and information risk management practices from an enterprise view.
Contribute to operational resilience, business continuity and incident management programs.
Assist in design and implementation of risk and compliance controls across processes.
Deliver risk reporting and insights to executives and board stakeholders.
Support assurance activities, audit remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote strong risk culture through coaching and stakeholder engagement.
