Endeavour Group is seeking a Strategy Director to own high‑level responses to briefs and advise clients across Australia’s largest drinks retailer. You will shape strategic direction, integrate it into media planning, and design media plans.

You will lead, mentor and develop senior talent while championing strategic comms across client teams, with opportunities to influence major brand investments and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior strategist with leadership experience.
• Experience across large-scale categories and regulated sectors is a plus.
• Strong competency in media tools and systems to extract consumer insights.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior clients and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the development of briefs, audience strategies, insights, and comms frameworks.
• Ensure strategic outputs carry through to media plans and campaigns.
• Mentor and develop Manager-level talent and resources.
• Support new business pitches with strategic capabilities.
