Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to drive revenue growth for MixIn across our BWS, Dan Murphy’s and ALH brands. You will own high-value partnerships, manage complex negotiations, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-year collaborations that enhance the customer journey.

You’ll build a pipeline with non-endemic advertisers, partner with agencies, and oversee audience product monetisation while aligning with Retail Media and broader corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and growing material commercial partnerships.
• Experience in long-cycle deals (12–24 months) with non-endemic advertisers.
• Background in retail media, advertising, digital, or technology.
• Ability to navigate complex cross-functional matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Non-Endemic Growth: Build MixIn’s pipeline and revenue from advertisers outside Endeavour’s traditional base, converting emerging opportunities into sustainable, multi-year revenue streams."
• Elevate the Customer Experience: Identify and design high-value partnerships that go beyond standard retail media, offering tangible, additive value to the customer journey across EDG brands.
• Own the Portfolio & Pipeline: Manage the revenue pipeline, forecasting, and performance of the strategic partnerships portfolio, ensuring we are maximizing mutual commercial outcomes.
• Navigate Agency Landscapes: Build strategic relationships with media agencies, trading teams, and investment decision-makers to increase MixIn’s share of agency-controlled media budgets.
• Lead Complex Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations with partners—protecting MixIn’s economics and long-term strategic interests while crafting mutually beneficial commercial models.
• Champion Audience Products: Lead the commercialisation of MixIn's advanced audience products, including first-party audiences, clean room capabilities, and measurement solutions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central node between Retail Media, Marketing, Store Operations, and external partners to seamlessly execute complex, long-term initiatives.
