Endeavour Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Strategy Associate to work across strategy and M&A within the Group Strategy team. You’ll help develop strategic plans and drive key growth initiatives outside BAU, coordinating with business units and senior leadership to accelerate thinking and delivery.

You will perform complex analyses, extract insights, monitor market trends, and support due diligence on potential investments, while project-managing workstreams and influencing stakeholders to

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking or private equity.
• Ability to work in a high-performing team.
• Outstanding academic record and social achievements.
• Experience managing projects or transaction workstreams.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Retail or consumer market experience is a plus.
