Job summary

Endeavour Group is driving a data-led transformation across Australia’s largest national drinks network and hospitality portfolio. As a Senior Product Manager in the Data & AI function, you will turn first-party insights into scalable media products, self‑service tools, and market-ready Go-To-Market strategies.

You’ll design agile roadmaps, lead cross‑functional squads, align stakeholders, and prioritise backlog by revenue impact while guiding vendor decisions and balancing short-term delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling Data, AI, and analytical products.
• 5–10 years in Customer or Digital Product Development, Retail Media/AdTech favored.
• Experience in agile organisations and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term roadmaps.
• Experience evaluating vendors and make build-vs-buy decisions.
• Experience in Retail or Hospitality sectors is advantageous.
