Job summary

Aspen Medical is seeking a Director – Service Performance to lead performance across its Defence & National Security portfolio. You will establish frameworks, dashboards, and governance to deliver insight, accountability and continuous improvement across operations, clinical, workforce and commercial areas.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate data into strategic recommendations, drive performance culture, and support executive decision-making at scale.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in enterprise performance and governance.
• Design and implementation of enterprise performance frameworks, dashboards and scorecards.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and decisions.
• Experience in governance, assurance or service improvement in large organisations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance strategy with governance across Defence & National Security.
• Drive executive reporting and analytics for service delivery, workforce, clinical and commercial metrics.
• Provide forecasting, modelling and analysis for strategic decisions and growth.
• Ensure robust reporting methodologies and data quality across the portfolio.
• Lead continuous improvement using root-cause analysis and performance initiatives.
• Build capability across the organisation to strengthen data literacy and performance management.
